I am on the journey of writing and publishing a children’s book series based on our amazing rescue dogs! We have rescued 6 dogs in total throughout our married life, and they have the funniest adventures! The first book, “Adoption Day,” is all about our cute little (for us) Marshmello, aka Mello, who leaves the city and joins her new brothers on adventures in the outdoors. From magic doors, a bear encounter, and being told about this “someone” who owns it all, Mello and her brothers learn about what it means to be a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Ms. Annie will keep you updated with letters to her nephews, Milo, Kevin, and Darius, as to what the rescues are doing and getting into.
